Hi! I'm Sarah.

I'm a Certified Health Coach with a Master's Degree in Health and Nutrition Education.

I focus on empowering women in midlife to take control of their health naturally.

We first focus on a foundation of mindfulness to build the mindset habits necessary to make habit change actually possible.

Then we work to build healthy habits such as clean eating, restorative sleep, daily movement, and more.

We'll do all this while working to build a support network to help you through those ups and downs of life - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
